You know the one thing that is horrible about Denver... there are no really, really good mexican places. I miss Tex-Mex so much, it's ridiculous. Queso is used very rarely here... and everything is covered in green chile sauce. Ugh....

Oh, I would die. I have to have queso on just about all my mexican food....not too fond of the green sauce...
