I seriously doubt that god, after 2,000 years, decided to resurrect this one guy in order to get my attention. Your statement does not, in any way, raise my belief that this man was stone cold dead for an hour and a half and then was brought back to life good as new. Things happen to a body during the first hour and a half after being dead. Rior mortis begins to set it, fluids in the body alter and move down due to gravity, the brain dies completely, etc. If god had truly reversed all the effects of prolonged death and had brought this man back to life and all of the witnesses believed this is really what happened, it would have been a global event. He would be world famous and a household name. He would be equated with Lazurus from the bible. He would be the first man in 2,000 years to have been brought back from the depths of death long after it was possible. Yet none of this is the case. He is merely a guy who claims it to be true and wrote a mediocre book about it.

NOt just you. He is getting the attention of thousands of people every week, with his message. Most of the book was about him coming to terms of why this happened to him. He eventually he decided that God want him to share his testimony with as many as he could. Many choose to beleive and get saved, others make excuses and don't.

If god really wanted him to share this, god would have given him the data as to how he did what he did, so that people wouldn't have to believe, but would KNOW. This stuff only tricks those who already believe, or those who don't know how to inquire.

If I saw someone who I knew was legally dead for 90 minutes, come back to life with no harmful effects, I would believe that someone who I knew was legally dead for 90 minutes, came back to life with no harmful effects. Sadly, this type of thing doesn't happen. It's sad that there is no proof, other than his account of it. What makes you people believe this automatically? Because he's a Christian?
