iBob is just a chat bot. you can get your own and tell them how to answer any question you want. They come with a built in "brain" that uses A.L.I.C.E.'s original programming (http://www.alicebot.org/). ALICE was the original AI bot. Basically you have a bunch of text files with questions and answers. You just add new questions with whatever answers you want. When you ask it a question, it simply searches the text files and gives the most relevant answer. It's a simple programming language called AIML (Artificial Intelligence Markup Lanuage). You can register your own bot and tweak the AIML to personalize it to you here: http://pandorabots.com.

I just made me a chat bot named HAL 2008. Ask it some questions, including "who is your master?"
