Never again

Goose Creek trustees and the Texas Education Agency are confident that the district’s plan to improve its English as Second Language program will work.

Question  RE: Never again

This article points out how the people at the schools say one thing and the district officials say another. They are not on the same page. I believe the people closest to the students know the truth.

Glad to see something is being done now.

RE: Never again

The teachers always know what's what. Good district executives listen and gather input before they make decisions.

RE: Never again

Teachers have been asking for help with ESL for YEARS!!! They were not trained in methods and strategies to teach those kinds of students. The district chose to ignore the problem and when it got out of hand of course...they blame the teachers. It's disgusting.
