Nana's Deviled Eggs

I'm picky about my deviled eggs. It seems like you can run into a variety of different tastes depending on whose you're tasting. This recipe was my grandmother's, and they are my all time favorite. If you like Luby's deviled eggs, you will probably like these. While I think these are better, the tastes are similar.

Nana's Deviled Eggs

6 hard boiled eggs
1 Tbsp Miracle Whip
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp dill pickle juice
less than 1/4 tsp salt

Cut eggs in half. Remove yolks and place in a small bowl. Mash yolks with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix well with fork. Spoon yolk mixture into eggs.

Sweet Version

6 hard boiled eggs
1 Tbsp Miracle Whip
1/2 tsp mustard
1 tsp sweet relish

Follow the same instructions above.

Chill and enjoy!
