Here is something to point out.All the money spent on education in this area but what do we get out of it? I would think we need to examine what is going on. There is a fairly big college in Baytown.I am sure they teach the best of English and things a clerk needs to know. Like , The UN building in NYC probably has thousands of clerks with a desk that looks like it has a quarter of a mile circle for people to sit and chatter.Highly educated people I suppose. But when all is said and done the results are papers and echoes of words. What is wrong with building things? It gives people jobs.Real jobs.Howard Hughes made work for thousands in the Houston area .Real industry. Later Hughes built helicopters. The guy had a good education but he also had a brain for creating new things. I think we need to spy on China more than we do now.We need to see what their system of education has that ours lacks. They build new things and we buy most of our products from China. I suspect that we are not as smart as we think we are. But anyway.I found this welding machine no bigger than an alternator. You can even bolt it on the engine of your truck or tractor. This is the kind of people we need in Baytown today.>> http://www.zena.net/

Yes. I often wonder if the younger generation is as creative as those who started in the fifties.Maybe the young do mostly computer related things now like Gates. But Leo Fender turned the world on edge with the Fender Strat and the Fender Twin Amp. There were a lot of new things invented by those who had no high level education.Determination will get you over a lot of mudpuddles in life. I am testing Dream Linux.I had to put in a Netgear WPN 311 wireless card to get online. But it is really nice. I think I will take it down the road and blow the sut out of the tailpipes.
